The candidate in this position reports to the Finance Director. Success and suitability for this role mandates the candidate to have EVMS (Earned Value Management System) experience and strong systems knowledge to provide training, data analysis, and reporting (the candidate will present data to management). As an integral member of the Business Operations team, the candidate is responsible for: Providing support to multi-disciplinary project teams ensuring successful completion of highly complex, multi-year advanced technology flight hardware and software projects to their committed delivery dates within budgeted cost. Employing EIA-748 compliant EVMS practices to support the establishment and maintenance of cost and schedule baselines and forecasts that are integrated with the program SOW, and other program planning documents that meet program and company requirements. Providing training and analysis support to Control Account Managers, including organizing and maintaining scope definition and work authorizations; developing resource estimates for scheduled activities, forecast updates, performing monthly analysis, ensuring the accuracy of integrated cost and schedule data, and managing scope change control. Interfacing with customers and program management on business-related issues. Preparing EVMS status for presentations to project management as well as for internal management financial performance reviews. Supporting the IPTs and CAMs in preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews and follow-up surveillance and audits.
