This individual will partner with Account Managers on account planning, joint sales calls, and product demonstrations. This position will be the key liaison between customers/partners and Product Marketing and Product Development. Specific Responsibilities: The Office 365 Sales Engineer develops, and nurtures Intermedia’s Office 365 customers and reseller partners. Specific responsibilities include:Serve as technical and subject matter expert for reseller partners, customers, and sales teamsUnderstand and teach customers and partners how the add-on features of Office 365 can help their businesses.Develop and deliver product demonstrations and effectively represent product to customers, reseller partners, and at field events such as conferences and seminarsWork with Account Managers as well as reseller partners to help build and cultivate product client baseSupport customer and partners’ client onboarding through web-based trainingsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks and obtaining certifications as needed.
