To succeed in this position, you will have: 1+ years management experience, with at least 6 direct reports on your team. 2+ years of cold-calling, inside sales, or lead generation experience (separate from management experience). BA/BS Degree. Ability to confidently lead and direct the work of others; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Solid communication, listening and writing skills. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting (experience using Salesforce a big plus).
